Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Gaea Priestess (“the website”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, products, events, and any content, communications, or tools provided by Gaea Priestess ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Age 

You must be 18 years of age to use our services, attend our events  and/or products unless otherwise stated. By using our services/products, you represent and warrant that you are aware and meet these standards. If you are using our services/products on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are aware that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 

Account Registration and Security

Some Features may require creating an account. In creating an account you agree to provide the most accurate, current, valid and complete information and to update as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and to update as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. 

Returns and Refund Policy

All sales are final. 

Physical products are nonrefundable. 

Please allow 3-4weeks for orders to be shipped. If Pre-Order, allow 4-6 weeks. Once orders are shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow along. Please keep in mind once items are shipped I am no longer responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Once your package is in the mail services possession it is out of my control. Contact your local USPS office to file a claim and track your package. 

Given the nature of our digital content we do not offer refunds. 

1:1 Session and Cancellation Policy 

Given the energetic, emotional and logistical preparation that go into our private sessions please carefully review policy before booking.

All sessions must be paid in full 24hrs in advance. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24hrs or more before your session are eligible for rescheduling within a 30 day period . 

Cancellations made within 24hrs of session are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled. 

Late and No Show Policy

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the original scheduled time in order to honor other appointments. Late arrival pass 15 minutes will be a no show and considered a missed appointment. Clients who do not attend their session without any previous communication will be considered a No Show and forfeit full session payment.
