Breaking the Stigma and Silence around Menopause: a hands on herbal workshop for grounding and relief.

This will be a three-part workshop consisting of womb-mapping, the spiritual and medicinal components of some supportive herbs for peri-menopause, menopause and post-bleeding, and testimony on their uses.

Participants will have the opportunity to make their own herbal remedies in the form of a tincture, a tea, and/or an oil, and are asked to bring a notebook and pen to take notes.

This will be a New York City based in person workshop.

Valencia Andrews - M.Ed, CD., certified birth and postpartum professional and Integrative Feeding and Lactation Specialist, Spiritual Herbalist, Farmer.

Dr. Anamaria Flores (she/her) - is a queer, radical, spiritual community herbalist, organizer, and Black Feminist studies scholar and professor. Co-founder of the Bronx Feminist Collective.

Jessica Santana - multidisciplinary artist, earth steward, subtle energy practitioner, and spiritual herbalist.
